Thanks to its agricultural tradition, the Marche region has always produced high-quality malting barley, guaranteeing an excellent base for crafting authentic beers.

Local craft beers are unpasteurized and unfiltered. These characteristics preserve the beer’s natural components and complex sensory profile, defined by intense aromas and flavors. While all craft breweries use natural ingredients, farm breweries (or ‘birrifici agricoli’) use barley and hops grown directly on their own land.

Production is primarily based on barley and wheat malts, to which are added hops, yeasts, and the purest water from the Sibillini Mountains—a fundamental element that makes the final product unique.

The quality of the raw materials, combined with the passion of the master brewers, is the true secret behind these beers. The experience includes a tour of the brewhouse, where the production phases and the history of the brewery will be shared, followed by a guided tasting of different types of beer styles. A sensory journey through the aromas of hops, malt, and yeast.

After submitting an availability request, you will receive a non-binding offer. Your reservation is confirmed only once we have sent a written confirmation and the deposit has been paid within 3 days. You will then receive a confirmation email or a voucher to present at check-in.

Yes, a deposit equal to 30% of the service cost (or 30–50% for groups) is required. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the Italian Civil Code.

Bank transfer and credit card are accepted. The balance must be paid upon arrival, while any additional charges must be paid before departure.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Changes can be requested to the staff, but they cannot be guaranteed and may result in a price variation. No refunds will be provided in the event of an early departure or the early termination of your stay.
