The Scent of Lavender – Harvesting and Distillation on an Organic Farm

Enjoy an authentic experience immersed in the scents and colors of the Aso Valley, at an organic farm that cultivates lavender with deep respect for nature and biodiversity.

During the flowering season, participants will be accompanied into the fields to discover lavender and participate in the manual harvesting of the flowers, learning the traditional techniques used by farmers.

After the harvest, the experience continues with a demonstration of the distillation process, during which the freshly picked lavender is transformed into precious natural essential oil. Participants will observe every stage of the process and discover the characteristics and uses of lavender both in agricultural and cosmetic traditions.

At the end of the activity, each participant will receive a small bottle of their own lavender essential oil, crafted during the workshop, as a fragrant memento of the day.

Wrap up the experience in the fields with a final toast and tasting of local products, immersed in the picturesque landscape of the Aso Valley hills.

After submitting an availability request, you will receive a non-binding offer. Your reservation is confirmed only once we have sent a written confirmation and the deposit has been paid within 3 days. You will then receive a confirmation email or a voucher to present at check-in.

Yes, a deposit equal to 30% of the service cost (or 30–50% for groups) is required. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the Italian Civil Code.

Bank transfer and credit card are accepted. The balance must be paid upon arrival, while any additional charges must be paid before departure.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Changes can be requested to the staff, but they cannot be guaranteed and may result in a price variation. No refunds will be provided in the event of an early departure or the early termination of your stay.
