During your stay, you can enjoy the beach in total relaxation, thanks to a reserved spot at a fully equipped beach club, where you can spend pleasant days swimming, playing in the sand, and strolling along the shore.

But the Marche region is so much more than just a beach vacation! An exciting e-bike tour will take you on a journey of discovery through the region, as you pedal past coastal views and picturesque scenery, for a fun and social outdoor experience.

There will be no shortage of culinary delights: two dinners at local restaurants will give you a chance to experience the flavors of the Marche region’s culinary traditions, with menu options designed with children in mind as well.

After submitting an availability request, you will receive a non-binding offer. Your reservation is confirmed only once we have sent a written confirmation and the deposit has been paid within 3 days. You will then receive a confirmation email or a voucher to present at check-in.

Yes, a deposit equal to 30% of the service cost (or 30–50% for groups) is required. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the Italian Civil Code.

Bank transfer and credit card are accepted. The balance must be paid upon arrival, while any additional charges must be paid before departure.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Changes can be requested to the staff, but they cannot be guaranteed and may result in a price variation. No refunds will be provided in the event of an early departure or the early termination of your stay.
