Yes, a deposit equal to 30% of the service cost (or 30–50% for groups) is required. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the Italian Civil Code.

Bank transfer and credit card are accepted. The balance must be paid upon arrival, while any additional charges must be paid before departure.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Changes can be requested to the staff, but they cannot be guaranteed and may result in a price variation. No refunds will be provided in the event of an early departure or the early termination of your stay.

Tu.Ris.Marche operates as an intermediary agency: services are provided by external operators, and any refunds depend on the internal policies of each provider.
