Italian Cooking Lessons

Get hands-on and discover the art of Marche cuisine: make your own fresh pasta and enjoy it for lunch, accompanied by our region’s traditional ragù.

We will use only the finest local ingredients, carefully selected according to the season. A skilled vergara—the traditional guardian of Marche’s rural recipes and secrets—will guide you, sharing the authentic gestures passed down through generations. Together, you will craft the region’s most iconic dishes: from handmade egg pasta to Ascoli stuffed olives, concluding with a classic: Tiramisu.

You will actively participate in this experience, choosing the dishes to make and taking part in every stage of the process. At the end of the hands-on lesson, you will taste the dishes you’ve created in an authentic, family-like atmosphere at a local farmhouse.
