An authentic experience designed for those who love adventure, nature, and great cuisine.

The Marche region is among the most prolific areas for truffle hunting, with different varieties available throughout the year:

Summer black truffle (Tuber Aestivum): from May to September
Burgundy truffle (Tuber Uncinatum): from October to December
Black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum): from December to March

In these untouched areas, you will find scenic truffle grounds, ready to welcome anyone who wishes to experience the thrill of truffle hunting firsthand and become a truffle hunter for a day.

Guided by expert truffle hunters and their inseparable dogs, you will learn the techniques and secrets of this ancient tradition, following intense scents through the undergrowth to reach the heart of local gastronomy.

The experience continues with gathering fresh eggs directly from the henhouse, followed by the preparation of traditional handmade tagliatelle during an engaging cooking demonstration.
The journey concludes with a truffle-themed tasting lunch, enjoyed in an authentic, convivial, and rustic atmosphere.

After submitting an availability request, you will receive a non-binding offer. Your reservation is confirmed only once we have sent a written confirmation and the deposit has been paid within 3 days. You will then receive a confirmation email or a voucher to present at check-in.

Yes, a deposit equal to 30% of the service cost (or 30–50% for groups) is required. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the Italian Civil Code.

Bank transfer and credit card are accepted. The balance must be paid upon arrival, while any additional charges must be paid before departure.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Changes can be requested to the staff, but they cannot be guaranteed and may result in a price variation. No refunds will be provided in the event of an early departure or the early termination of your stay.

Tu.Ris.Marche operates as an intermediary agency: services are provided by external operators, and any refunds depend on the internal policies of each provider.
