Olive Oil Tasting

The quality and distinctiveness of Marche olive oil is rooted in a blend of native varieties, favorable soil and climate conditions, and a time-honored agricultural tradition. Alongside the most common cultivars, such as Frantoio and Leccino, local varieties contribute to creating oils with a unique and recognizable character.

This experience allows you to discover the world of extra virgin olive oil firsthand. You will visit an organic farm and olive oil mill and learn about the various stages of olive processing, from traditional techniques using millstones and stone pressing to modern extraction systems.

This will be followed by a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils from various cultivars—including Leccino, Arbequina, FS17, Sargano di Fermo—finishing with the most intense oil: the Piantone di Mogliano, a celebrated local monocultivar.

The experience concludes with a tasting of traditional local products.
